Marco, the feline critic.

I have over 30 years of experience in the art world, where I developed my skills and knowledge. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Art and Art History from York University and a diploma in Graphic Design from Humber College. After retiring from a successful career in commercial art, I now focus on painting full-time. I create expressive interpretations of imagined landscapes, guided by my feelings, to show my strong connection to nature through abstract compositions.

I use elements like colour, line, tone, texture, and shape in my creative process. My goal is to build rich surfaces using techniques like scratching, thick paint application, and careful adjustments of paint. I aim to share the energy and beauty I find in nature, inviting viewers to connect with their own emotions and the wonders of the world.
